As Chairperson of the Board, Olaniwun provides strategic direction, oversees organizational growth, and advocates for policies that uplift underserved communities. Her leadership is guided by compassion, experience, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Under her guidance, Sweetthinkers has grown from a grassroots initiative into a respected force for academic empowerment and institutional development.

Oluwaseyi Kupoluyi
Oluwaseyi Kupoluyi is an esteemed educator, curriculum specialist, and thought leader in the field of academic development. With over a decade of experience working with schools, teachers, and education-focused nonprofits, he brings a wealth of insight and innovation to Sweetthinkers' academic programming.
As Academic Adviser, Oluwaseyi plays a key role in the design, execution, and evaluation of our learning initiatives. His expertise ensures that our competitions and interventions are not only aligned with national standards but are also dynamic, inclusive, and capable of inspiring real improvement in learning outcomes.
Beyond his technical role, he serves as a mentor to our teaching partners and a voice of wisdom on the Board—always pushing for excellence, relevance, and measurable impact.
